This is a bare version of the RT Pulse 8 HP accessory decoder pcb.
You will receive a pcb with all surface mount components and the power regulator already soldered.
You need to supply the screw terminals, headers and an Arduino Nano and upload the firmware from here:

You will need to solder all the input and output screw terminals, arduino nano headers on the pcb.
