RT Pulse 8 HP Kato DCC accessory decoder

The RT Pulse 8 HP Kato accessory decoder controls upto 8 Kato style solenoid devices.

This has not been tested with all possible devices but should be able to operate any device that needs swapped polarity to change postion, eg Tortoise machines.

It has a built in capacitor discharge unit (CDU).

This will control any device that requires changing polarity on it's input wire to change position, eg. Kato, Rokuhan and Tomix
