Shipping Postage

All shipping/postage is via Australia Post trackable parcel post.

We will let you know via Paypal invoice how much the total of your order is.

All items are shipped from New South Wales, Australia.

Shipping generally takes 5 - 15 business days depending on destination.

USA shipping

Shipping to the USA is available but does incur additional costs.

Firstly USA tariffs have to be paid before the parcel arrives in USA.

I can now pay the tariff at the shipping point. I can't pay directly to the CBP.

Of course they charge a fee for this.

Admin fee will be $5 AUD for items/parcels with a total value up to $500 AUD and a percentage of the tariff above this.

When I send you an invoice it will show the tariff for each item and the fee for payment of the tariff in AUD.

Un-deliverable items USA

If for any reason a parcel sent to the USA can not be delivered and is returned then I will be happy to refund the item price only.

As there is no refund of paid tariff or processing fee for un-delivered parcels.

New Zealand shipping

Changes occurring from 1 April 2026

The levy is $1.28 NZD per kilogram

EU shipping

Changes occurring from 1 July 2026

The customs duty is €3 per item below €150 value.

When I send you an invoice it will show the customs duty/levy for each item in AUD.

As at 19 December 2025 there doesn't appear to be a admin fee for these by Austpost but we shall see.

If there is an admin fee it will be similar to that for USA shipping
