This is a kit version of the RT Pulse 8 Servo accessory decoder
You will receive a pcb with all surface mount components and the power regulator already soldered.
You need to supply the headers, screw terminals and an Arduino Nano and upload the firmware from here:

You will need to solder all the input screw terminals, output headers, arduino nano headers on the pcb.
